Esom will reportedly join Yoo Yeon Seok in the upcoming SBS K-drama God and Law Firm.
On December 12, media outlets reported that Esom is joining the cast of the upcoming supernatural law K-drama God and Law Firm. She will reportedly work with Yoo Yeon Seok who also received the offer to star in the series.
Esom’s agency hasn’t responded to the casting reports.
If Esom joins God and Law Firm, this will be her second upcoming K-drama. The actress will also star in Reborn with Byun Yo Han. She will also star in the upcoming movie Starlight Is Falling with Ong Seong Wu, Shim Eun Kyung, Yang Dong Geun, and Yeom Jung Ah.
In 2024, Esom led the TVING K-drama LTNS and reunited with Ahn Jae Hong. She also made a cameo appearance in the film Escape led by Lee Je Hoon, Koo Kyo Hwan, Hong Xa Bin, Seo Hyun Woo, Lee Sung Wook, and Yoo Tae Joo.
Esom is known for being part of the popular works Black Knight, Taxi Driver, Because This Is My First Life, Single in Seoul, Kill Bok Soon, Samjin Company English Class, Inseparable Bros, My Little Brother, Scarlet Innocence, and more.
God and Law Firm will tell the story of a lawyer who sees ghosts.
Esom and Yoo Yeon Seok will possibly work with director Shin Jung Hoon who also worked for the Disney+ K-drama Seoul Busters.
There are no reports yet on the characters offered to both Esom and Yoo Yeon Seok.
God and Law Firm will premiere in the second half of 2025. According to reports, the K-drama will have a total of 12 episodes. It will be part of SBS’ Friday and Saturday K-drama timeslot.
